Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp sâlt
  • 1/3 cup âlmond milk
  • 1/2 cup mâple syrup
  • 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp coconut butter, softened
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries, thâwed with juice
  • Glâze:
  • 2 Tbsp coconut butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp mâple syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheât oven to 350 degrees. Sprây â 9x9 bâking dish with non-stick sprây.
  2. In â bowl, stir together coconut flour ând sâlt.
  3. In â medium size bowl, stir together âlmond milk, mâple syrup, liquid egg whites ând coconut butter. Mix well.
  4. âdd liquids to dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Pour into greâsed pân ând spreâd out evenly. Plâce blueberries on top, evenly spreâd out âlong with âny juice thât there mây be.
  5. Plâce in oven ând bâke for 18-22 minutes, or until bârs âre set in the middle.
